4. Booking and Scheduling

Clients can book our services through our online platform or by contacting our customer service. Upon booking, a confirmation will be sent to the Client with the details of the service.

4.1 Scheduling Changes

If the Client needs to reschedule, requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online transfers.

5.1 Late Payments

Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the total service cost per week overdue.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel services up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If the Client is unsatisfied with the service provided, they must notify Olivia Cleaning Solutions within 24 hours. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

Clients are responsible for:

Informing Olivia Cleaning Solutions of any specific cleaning requirements or restrictions.

8. Olivia Cleaning Solutions Responsibilities

Providing professional and timely cleaning services.
Ensuring our staff are trained and vetted.
Maintaining open communication with Clients regarding any issues or changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Olivia Cleaning Solutions is not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to pre-existing conditions within the property. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Olivia Cleaning Solutions operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved within this legal framework.

11. Changes to Terms

Olivia Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our official communication channels.

16. Severability

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Olivia Cleaning Solutions regarding the use of services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Failure by Olivia Cleaning Solutions to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
